Welcome to the Tippeers Community! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our social media platform and streaming service. By accessing or using Tippeers, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tippeers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tippeers. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To access some features of Tippeers, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
3.3. You must complete the details of your profile page to use all the features of our community.
3.4. Verification is required to be able to receive tips from anyone and to enable the redemption of tips.
4. Community Guidelines
4.1. Users are expected to engage in respectful and constructive communication.
4.2. Content that violates the law, infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Users must not engage in any activity that may disrupt the platform or compromise its security.

- DO NOT sell anything on activity page.
- DO NOT spam on activity page either private or public.
- DO NOT spam comments.
- DO NOT spam on chat.
- DO NOT post violence, adult content, obscene, harassment, or anything inappropriate.

- We don’t allow multiple accounts.
- We don’t allow sending tips to yourself.
- We don’t allow playing games on multiple windows.
- We don’t allow full-page chatting on multiple windows.

4.5. Penalties
Minor

- Any post that will be reported 3 times will be automatically deleted by the system, and you will be penalized with a 100 tips deduction.
- Creating an invalid stream page will cost you a 500 tips deduction.

Major

- 1st Offense – 24-hour account restriction
- 2nd Offense – 7 days account restriction
- 3rd Offense – 6 months account restriction

We strictly monitor our system for any hacking activity. Your account will be blocked permanently if the system detects hacking activity.
5. Digital Reward System (Tips)
5.1. Tippeers Community operates a digital reward system called “tip” (tps or tips).
5.2. Tips can be redeemed into cash, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the redemption policy.
5.3. The issuance and distribution of tips may come from advertisements, sponsors, and affiliate partners. Members are made aware that these tips are part of the revenue generated through such activities.
6. Streaming Service
6.1. Tippeers Community provides a streaming service using a YouTube Live Stream URL.
6.2. Users engaging in live streaming must adhere to YouTube’s terms of service and community guidelines.
6.3. Tippeers Community reserves the right to monitor and moderate live streams to ensure compliance with community standards.
7. Termination of Accounts
Tippeers Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Community Posts & Streaming Pages
We reserve the right to delete any posts or streaming pages that contain inappropriate content. This includes material that is sexually explicit, violent, or engages in any form of discrimination based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, or other status such as disability, age, marital and family status, sexual orientation and gender identity, health status, place of residence, and social situation. Additionally, content that violates intellectual property rights will not be tolerated.
9. Changes to Terms
Tippeers Community may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
