By engaging in advertising with Tippeers Community, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below:
1. Advertisement Placement
a. Submission of Creatives: Advertisers are required to provide creatives, including images, text, and links, for advertisement placement on the Tippeers Community platform.
b. Placement Determination: The placement of advertisements within our platform will be determined by the Tippeers Community, considering factors such as user experience and relevance.
c. Effectiveness: Advertisers acknowledge that the effectiveness of advertisements in generating tips may vary based on user engagement.
2. Compensation and Digital Rewards
a. Compensation Model: Advertisers agree to compensate Tippeers Community based on a mutually agreed-upon model, including cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-impression (CPM), or other performance metrics.
b. Digital Rewards: Advertisers understand that tips are the digital rewards given to our community members. The generation of tips is dependent on user engagement with the advertisements.
c. Performance Reports: Tippeers Community will provide Advertisers with periodic reports on advertisement performance, including the number of tips generated.
3. Compliance with Community Guidelines
a. Content Compliance: Advertisers agree to comply with Tippeers Community guidelines regarding content. Advertisements must not be offensive, misleading, or harmful.
b. Community Rights: Tippeers Community reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our guidelines.
4. Term and Termination
a. Commencement: This Agreement will commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with a written notice.
b. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party.
5. Confidentiality
a. Information Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
a. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7. Miscellaneous
a. Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
b. Entire Understanding: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
