Redemption Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for the redemption of tips into cash, users must be at least 18 years old.

1.2. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may be eligible for redemption with parental consent. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian must provide explicit consent for the redemption process.

2. Verification Process

2.1. Users must undergo a verification process to ensure eligibility for cash redemption. This process includes providing accurate and up-to-date information.

2.2. Users will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID for verification purposes. The full name on the ID must match the information provided during the redemption request.

3. Redemption Request

3.1. Users eligible for redemption can submit a request through the Tippeers platform.

3.2. The redemption request should include the following details:

    • Full Name (as shown on the ID)
    • Date of Birth
    • Contact Information
    • Payment Method Details (GCash, Maya or Coins.ph)

4. Processing Time

4.1. Redemption requests will be processed within 3-7 days. Users will be notified of the status of their request via the email associated with their Tippeers account.

5. Payment

5.1. Cash redemptions will be processed through the selected payment method provided during the redemption request.

5.2. Payments will be made in the Philippine currency.

5.3. A 1% processing fee will be deducted from the total redeemed amount to cover administrative costs.

6. Parental Consent for Users Aged 13-17

6.1. If the user is between the ages of 13 and 17, a parental consent form will be provided during the redemption request process.

6.2. The parental consent form must be completed and signed by the user’s parent or legal guardian. It can be submitted electronically through the Tippeers platform.

7. Compliance with Terms & Conditions

7.1. Users must comply with Tippeers Community’s Terms & Conditions to be eligible for cash redemption.

7.2. Any violation of the Terms & Conditions may result in the rejection of the redemption request.

9. Changes to the Redemption Policy

9.1. Tippeers Community reserves the right to update the Redemption Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

By submitting a redemption request, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Redemption Policy, including the 1% processing fee.
